Without the
activity of micro-organisms, the nutrients in the sub-soil, the
mineral fractions of the top-soil and inorganic matter would
never become available to plants. Plants do not have digestive
systems; they do not produce their own enzymes to breakdown
substances. Instead they rely on the diverse range of biological
life in the soil for this function.
HERBAL HUME rejuvenates this biological life with enhancing
microbial growth and their activity in the rhizosphere. After
spraying or drenching Herbal hume in the root zone, humus and
organic matter is attacked by microorganisms and undergoes
further decomposition.
During this decomposition, the changes that take place lead to
the liberation of nitrogen in the form of ammonia and nitrates,
and the
elimination of carbon as carbon dioxide. The humus proteins are
broken down first to amino acids and then to ammonia, which is
further oxidized to nitrate. Hence, during the decomposition of
humus a steady stream of nitrates is continually liberated. As
microbes digest organic materials they give off a sticky
substance that glues soil particles into a crumb-like structure.
Carbon dioxide-oxygen exchange necessary for healthy root growth
and proliferation of beneficial soil life is enhanced which
results in better control of soil pathogens.
Dose of Herbal Hume : 1 Ltr. Per acre.
Application of Bhu-swanand and Herbal hume enhances growth and
activity of soil microorganisms which functions in following
ways :
Microorganisms live in soil and decompose organic matter.
Microorganisms improve soil structure
Microorganisms release nutrients from organic matter during
decomposition, some dissolve minerals to release nutrients,
while other microorganisms bring subsurface soil, and nutrients,
to the surface for plants to use.
Some microorganisms form a symbiotic relationship with plants:
they get sugars from plants and they help plants get nutrients
from organic matter.
Some protect plants from antagonistic pathogens l Some
microorganisms can break down toxins and pesticides in soil,
which prevents toxins and pesticides from entering into the
groundwater
Breakdown a whole variety of compounds or materials
